NCAL is committed to the health and well-being of our community and staff. With an abundance of caution we have slowly begun to get back to “normal” after weathering the initial storm of the pandemic. Animal adoptions and interstate transports have resumed and we are offering a fall after-school horsemanship program at our equine center, diligently following safety protocols for all participants. Those interested in adopting are able to meet with the pet they are interested in, once their online adoption application has been submitted, approved and a staff member from our team has reached out to schedule a “meet-and-greet”. To help protect one another, all staff and adopters at NCAL are required to wear face coverings at all times. If you are feeling ill and have any symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home. Read our full COVID-19 adoption process here.
