Pluto may be small in size, but he certainly has a larger-than-life personality. A sensitive guy, Pluto came from a situation where he did not have the chance to socialize much. He can be nervous around new people or situations, and needs to go to a forever family who will love him for his quirks, and continue to work with him so he can become the best and most confident version of himself.
