When animals arrive at North Country Animal League, our staff take every measure possible to make sure that they are comfortable. Among other things, this means that when animals who belonged to the same home are surrendered to us, we try for them to go to the same future home as well. On occasion, such as this case, the adopters are so touched by their stories, that we barely even have to try. Sable and Bolt were a mom and son duo who were adopted from us three Thanksgivings ago. Thanks to their family, are now living the spoiled life they always deserved. Every year their mom sends us their update:
“Today is Sable and Bolt’s 3 year Gotcha Day! Bolt was a tiny boy when they first arrived, but today he is bigger than his momma, Sable. He is still just as rambunctious while she continues to be patient with him. Life wouldn’t be the same in our home without them and we are so thankful that you gave us the privilege of reuniting mother and son and give them their forever home! Their are a hysterical pair and they are very loved. (aaplumbingsa.com) Thank you!”
