Pluto is a sweet boy who arrived at NCAL from an out-of-state rescue group last fall. As soon as he arrived, we could tell what a sweet, social and affectionate boy he was. He also came with a letter from his foster parents and it was evident how much he meant to them. The staff and volunteers hoped that he would find a forever family who would love him just as much, if not more. Today his former foster parents can rest assured, knowing that Pluto got the loving forever family he had always deserved. His dad sent us an email some time ago:
“We are the lucky ones that happened to come to NCAL because we were interested in a different dog whose picture we saw on the website. However, it was Pluto who stole our heart that day. That very day, we left with our new family member, Pluto. OMG he is a truly amazing dog. He’s really roughing it now…..Not, he’s a couch hog! I just wanted to say thank you for letting Pluto come into our lives.”
